A Celebration of Strength, Skill, and Sportsmanship
With the immense blessings of Allah Almighty, Al-Kausar Arabic College successfully organized its Annual Sports Day, promoting discipline, teamwork, and physical fitness alongside Islamic and academic education. Islam encourages physical strength and preparation. Allah says in the Qur’an:
وَأَعِدُّوا لَهُم مَّا ٱسْتَطَعْتُم مِّن قُوَّةٍۢ
“And prepare against them whatever you are able of power.” (Surah Al-Anfal: 60)
Our beloved Prophet ﷺ also said:
المؤمن القوي خير وأحب إلى الله من المؤمن الضعيف
“A strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than a weak believer.” (Sahih Muslim)
Annual Sports Day Highlights
Practice sessions were held on January 25th and 26th, followed by final competitions on January 27th and 28th. Students showcased remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship.
